About Justin

Justin Williams believes leadership begins with how we lead ourselves. Through practical, welcoming conversations, he helps people become more self-aware, lead more intentionally, and turn what they learn into consistent action.

Drawing on more than 30 years of leadership experience and John Maxwell’s growth principles, Justin creates space for people to reflect, identify practical next steps, and recognize the progress they’re making. He has been a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member since 2019. Based in Wichita, Kansas, Justin works with individuals and teams locally and virtually.

Williams Leadership Group LLC creates practical leadership development experiences for people and teams who want to grow in self-awareness, intentionality, consistency, communication, and leadership. The goal is to help people lead themselves well, strengthen how they lead others, and add value wherever they serve.

Through workshops, Lunch & Learns, masterminds, and coaching, Williams Leadership Group creates space for individuals and teams to learn, reflect, put ideas into practice, and grow.
